People working at a table

How it works

After you write. In the order it actually happens.

This audience is anxious by default. The list below is the work, not a promise that we will guide you through it.

  1. Intake questionnaire

You write out the situation: visa category if you know it, current status, employer involvement, deadlines you can see. We turn it around within 48 hours.

  2. 30-minute strategy consult

A working conversation, not a pitch. We map the petition type, the evidence we would need, and the calendar.

  3. Engagement, signed digitally

Flat-fee agreement for the petition type. No hourly drip for the core filing.

  4. Evidence-gathering in the tracker

A shared document checklist lives inside the case tracker.

  5. Petition drafted for your review

You see the draft before it goes to USCIS.

  6. Filed with USCIS

Receipt notice, priority date, and the filing itself land in the tracker the same day we have them.

  7. Where most anxiety lives

    Status changes, including RFEs

When USCIS updates the case, including if a Request for Evidence is issued, the tracker updates. You see the notice, the strategy note, and what happens next without sending a follow-up email.

  8. Post-approval next steps

Approval is not the end of the practical work. We send a next-steps summary.
