H-1B

H-1B specialty occupation

Who it is for: Engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other specialty-occupation roles at startups and mid-size tech companies, cap-subject and cap-exempt.
How the work runs: We start from the role, not the form. Job duties against the specialty-occupation standard, LCA timing, cap vs. cap-exempt posture, and a filing calendar that HR can actually run.
Fee: Flat fee for the petition. Figures to come. We will not publish a number we have not locked.
Who sits on the tracker: Often employer-sponsored; the individual and HR both sit on the tracker.

O-1

O-1 extraordinary ability

Who it is for: Researchers, staff scientists, founding technical talent, and people whose record will actually support an extraordinary-ability claim, not a dressed-up H-1B.
How the work runs: Evidence first: publications, original contributions, judging, press, high remuneration, critical employment. Priya leads these.
Fee: Flat fee for the petition. Figures to come.
Who sits on the tracker: Employer or agent petitioner; the beneficiary has read access to every stage.

EB-1

EB-1 extraordinary ability and outstanding researcher

Who it is for: People whose work already has a public record and who are ready to talk about a green card on that record, not on a future promise.
How the work runs: We sort EB-1A vs. EB-1B against the actual evidence, not the title on a business card.
Fee: Flat fee for the petition. Figures to come.
Who sits on the tracker: Self-petition (EB-1A) or employer (EB-1B). Either way, the beneficiary can open the file.

EB-2 NIW

EB-2 National Interest Waiver

Who it is for: Researchers, engineers, and practitioners whose proposed endeavor has substantial merit and national importance.
How the work runs: Marcus leads NIW. We pressure-test the endeavor statement and the Dhanasar prongs before you pay for a filing that should not go out.
Fee: Flat fee for the petition. Figures to come.
Who sits on the tracker: Often self-petitioned. Employers still use us when they are supporting an NIW alongside employment.
